My name is Ada McDowell and I have been teaching for over ten years. The past three years, I have been teaching at Pelham Memorial School as a 7th grade Special Educator. I enjoy figuring out how my students learn and tapping into their personal strengths.

In addition to being a mentor, I am also a member of the Mentoring Task Force in the Pelham School District. This year, we are in the process of developing a mentoring program that will be utilized consistently in our district.
