How to Attach a Data Projector to an Asus EEE

If the image isn’t large enough on the external screen, you can change it manually under Resolution to something higher than the EEE screen’s default 800x480.

You will have a few seconds to see if it works and if you like it, but you must click on the button to confirm that you want to use that resolution, or it will revert to what you already had.

NOTE: If you increase the resolution for the external video to something larger than the EEE’s screen, you will see more on the external screen than on the EEE’s. If the house icon is not visible, you may have been playing with the screen resolution and the data projector.
