Proxy Server Settings

It’s different connecting to the Internet from school and home because the Manchester School District uses a proxy server:

Asus EEE

1. Under FireFox’s Edit menu, find Preferences.
2. Under the Advanced tab, select the Network tab.
3. In the Connection setting, click the Settings button.

1. Under FireFox’s Tools menu, find Options.
2. Under the Advanced tab, select the Network tab.

4a. Connect via the proxy server at School:	OR	4b. Connect at home, Panera, GMPDC, etc.:
What the settings need to be to access the proxy server within the Manchester School District. NOTE: Each teacher has their own username and password for the proxy server.		Outside of the school district, you don't go through the district's proxy server, but unless you change the settings to these, FireFox will still try and fail to find the proxy server.
