Synchronizing Bookmarks on Firefox

From Tech-Help

The default web browser for the Asus EEE is FireFox, the same browser you can also use on your Mac and Windows computers. If you have multiple computers running FireFox, you can download and install a bookmark synchronizer called FoxMarks. This will make your life much easier.

You should install this on all the computers you normally use, no matter what platform: it will synchronize your bookmarks between all your computers, so that if you bookmark something on one computer, it will be available to you on the others.

Setting up a Foxmarks account
  1. Go to the Tools menu and select Add-Ons.
  2. In the bottom right of the dialog, click Get Extensions.
  3. When you get to the Add-Ons page, search for “FoxMarks”.
  4. When you find FoxMarks, simply click on the green button to “Add to FireFox” – You will have to restart FireFox afterwards.
  5. The first time you run FoxMarks, you will need to set up an account. On any other additional machines, you can just log into the same account.

NOTE: There are many other excellent Add-Ons for Firefox that you might consider adding, such as their most popular one, Video Download Helper, for grabbing Flash videos from YouTube and other video websites.
